What is Jobware?

Jobware is a new job management system that is in development. We hope to have it ready by the summer of 2026. We are aware that there's an abundance of JMS's, so what's different about Jobware? For one thing, Jobware has been designed from the ground up to be useful to any company that processes jobs, whether that be manufacturing, refurbishment, or anything else...

Speed. Jobware will let you get your admin chores done quickly. Speed and simplicity are our two main guiding factors to every aspect of the system. Jobware is being designed with busy people in mind.

Design Goals

Jobware is being designed to be modular. If you only need quotations and / or invoices then you are able to only use those features. Some companies may only be interested in tracking time worked on jobs or stock costs for jobs. Again, Jobware lets you choose what you use based on your company needs.

• Generate quotes, invoices, delivery notes, RFQ's, purchase orders etc
• Manage your stock levels / requirements
• Quickly carry out stock checks with a timestamp so you'll know if your data is stale
• Track hours estimated, planned and worked on jobs
• Assign jobs, move them, copy them, compare the plan with reality
